Stop

Please stop. You know very well that OpenOffice is a trademarked name and thus can only be distributed with Apache's permission. And that we have Apache OpenOffice Portable available as a test version already.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

Don't blame John. It's THE LAW!!

OpenOffice 4.2 isn't ready yet, and Java 8 hasn't even been completely spec'ed out isn't considered ready for general use yet, so on top of being illegal (due to both of these being Trademarked) they're both early access builds, not suitable for the public.
You can mess with them all you want by yourself on your own computer(s), but distributing them is totally illegal.
And trying to lay blame on JTH? really?
You do know that distributing illegal software is ... illegal right? well PortableApps.com doesn't want to get in trouble because you (or anyone really) decided to post a bit of illegal software and a judge decided that because it was on PortableApps.com's website PortableApps.com is responsible.

Note: I don't know if such accusations would actually hold up in court or not, lets not find out.

Again if you want to download a development release of OpenOffice and/or Java & make them work portably on your own computers, that's fine, keep it to yourself. Distributing them is Illegal unless you've received permission from the Trademark owner(s). PortableApps.com does not deal in Illegal software.

Edit: Also please keep your language clean.
