VLC media player is a highly portable multimedia player for various audio and video formats (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, XviD, WMV, mp3, ogg, ...) as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. It can also be used as a server to stream in unicast or multicast in IPv4 or IPv6 on a high-bandwidth network.

The Skins can't load
I have downloaded VLC Portable 0.8.6f and I placed additional skins in the skins folder, but when I go to skins menu only skins2 appear.
I can´t change the skins.

Bookmarks
The bookmarks window still doesn't run properly, especially with video. It's not visible unless it's maximised and that makes it overlay the video window (so you can't see the video)>it's been like this for a long time.
