KeePass Portable ScreenshotKeePass is a free/open-source password manager or safe which helps you to manage your passwords in a secure way. You can put all your passwords in one database, which is locked with one master key or a key-disk. So you only have to remember one single master password or insert the key-disk to unlock the whole database. The databases are encrypted using the best and most secure encryption algorithms currently known (AES and Twofish). Learn more about KeePass....

Small logo not updated?

Thanks for the update, KeePass is one of the most important portable apps.

The small logo above

seems not to be a resized version of the high-res image:

On Purpose

We use the official logo for the small logo, 16px logo, installer icon and launcher icon.

Release Notes

Ah, thank you for the information, I hope there will be a SVG version and the team will adopt the beautiful new artwork.

I forgot that an important feature of the new release has not been mentioned in this new entry: prevention of data loss for broken or not safely unmounted USB devices.

for the very fast update!

The Launcher has one bug:

Due to 2 missing lines, it doesn't read the KeePassExecutable= line from the ini.
