This release updates DOSBox to the latest version and has an improved installer. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. And it's open source and completely free.

My file is named "dosbox.conf". Inside the file there is a Line saying

# This is the configurationfile for DOSBox 0.73.

but thats not really importand as its only a comment line.
