It's 1.1.6 according to the RedNotebook site and the installer file you download. It will say 1.1.5 in Help About, though. This is a RedNotebook issue.

This is the change log for Rednotebook 1.1.5 Was released but only in Linux not Windows.

“Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.” Dr. Seuss

RedNotebook's download page on SourceForge shows:

rednotebook-1.1.6.exe 2011-05-11	14.9 MB

so it looks like they have released 1.1.6 for Windows after all

This is *exactly* that release. As I said, it just shows 1.1.5 in Help About, as does that version when you install it locally.
