IrfanView Portable 4.32 Rev 2 has been released. IrfanView Portable is a fast, compact and innovative graphic viewer for Windows supporting pictures, vector graphics, animated images, movies, icon files and much more. This release adds the ability to enter and maintain licensing information between runs and upgrades. It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Suite. It is freeware for personal and educational use.

Config file is stored in a wrong location
The latest version (4.32 Rev 2) introduced a bug. My portable apps are installed under D:\port_apps.
When upgrading IrfanView everything is installed in the correct place. Except for the settings file (i_view32.ini). This is installed to D:\Development\Portable Apps\IrfanView\Releases\IrfanViewPortable\Data\IrfanView. Which is not nice/correct. The ini file should be the same as it was before (\PortableApps\IrfanViewPortable\Data\IrfanView\i_view32.ini).
Why does this happen? Because in \PortableApps\IrfanViewPortable\App\IrfanView\i_view32.ini I can now find this:

INI_Folder=D:\Development\Portable Apps\IrfanView\Releases\IrfanViewPortable\Data\IrfanView
My original config file is still there so when this entry is set to the correct value this issue will be fixed. Would be great if that could be fixed in the installer, too.

How did you run it?
If you ran IrfanView directly (say with a file assocation) it won't work right. If you run IrfanViewPortable.exe, that value is updated on every run.
