Installed the Audacity 2.0.6 update and then went to install the newer FFMpeg 2.2.2 and LAME MP3 codecs and every time I launch Audacity I have to re-configure Audacity to find the FFMpeg codec, whats odd is when you try and browse for the codec in question to show Audacity where to load it from, which is X:\PortableApps\AudacityPortable\App\FFMpeg, it asks for a "avformat-52.dll" but the newer FFMpeg codec doesn't have such file.

It has an "avformat-55.dll" which it accepts temporarily and then you have to redirect Audacity as where to re-load it again once you start Audacity up. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Thanks for finding that. This is a news post, though. Comments on bugs will not be tracked here and odds are that the info will be lost. Please open a new thread in the support forums the next time. When you add a leading [Bug] to the thread title it is automatically tracked in the Open Bugs list.
I started one with here, so there is no need for that now.

No, thank you for acknowledging my post as it's evident I posted my findings in the wrong section, guess I was lucky enough for you to find it. I will take note of future bugs I may find. Thank you!
