how i can use extensions on portable ?Bashir (Homepage)

i tried to use some extensions for thunderbird but i couldn't . i copied the xpi file into PortableApps\Apps\PortableThunderbird\thunderbird\extensions the extesion appeard in the extesions menu but the program appeard " be upgraded when Thunderbird restarted" how i can solve this ? »

You need to install it
Don't copy the XPI. Go into Tools - Extensions - and then click Install and find the XPI when you download it.
Remove it from the extensions directory first. You may have messed up your profile when you did it that way, so it may require a new profile.
