Yes, I've read the guidelines....
Has anyone requested portable versions of the media encoders SUPER or Media Coder?
I'm pretty sure they're freeware (not open source 
).
I remember extracting them with Universal Extractor and running at least one successfully. (Universal Extractor can take compressed files from installer executables and send them to a new folder, bypassing the installation.)
