where can i start?
how can i add my own apps so that i can take it with me all the time and use anywhere ?

You could start by posting it in the beta testing forums, so that people can give you feedback. To take it with you, you just put it in the PortableApps folder on your drive.

i am looking for the way of how to add my app into the menu.
can i do that too ? how do i make .paf.exe file for my app ?

It doesn't have to be paf.exe. Thats just a special specification of this site.
The menu will display every exe in a subfolder of the PortableApps folder on your drive.

can i put my logo on my launcher instead portableapps.com or beside ?

The logo is copyrighted and trademarked. You can't use it without permission from PortableApps.com and you won't get it
