Problem login in QQ account

Has anyone used Pidgin for QQ account? I keep getting the incorrect password error, when the same account can be logged in else where.

I have the same problem. My system is windows XP and the version of pidgin portable is 2.1.1.

the portable version of pidgin in portableapps (pidgin 2.1.1) will not let you log on. Pidgin 2.3.1 will do it but portableapps hasn't upgrade to that version.
