I would like to disable the PortableApps splash screen (it's a lovely picture but I'm tired of looking at it). I've tried adding "DisableSplashScreen=true" to a whole bunch of different ini files but none of those attempts worked. A tried-and-true recipe would be appreciated. Thanks... -- jeff ( categories: )

Did you move the ini files from APPNAMEPortable\Other\Source to APPNAMEPortable?

Er, um, well, kind of...
Er, um, well, kind of. I tried this earlier but I removed all the "unneeded" settings from the file. I tried again, but this time I copied the file and edited just the one setting, and it worked.
