I tried repeatedly to download Portable Apps. Suite and every time the file is reduced to a few kbs and a 16 bit MS-DOS windows opens up and a warning of an illegal instruction to NTVDM CPU.
Can somebody tell me what's going on and how to download the file?

The answer is to stop right-clicking. Left click and let the page redirect. That's why there's a "?download" thing at the end of the URL to indicate that it's a redirect as well as we can. All SourceForge downloads are redirects.
