I click on the download button, a page opens and it reads done but nothing else happens. The page is blank. Help? ( categories: )

You have to left click on

If you DON'T see a SourceForce page with a "your download will start shortly" message, you used right-click and save-as, which doesn't work (or else the SourceForge mirror is bad, in which case select a different mirror).
Apologies to those who have their left and right mouse buttons reversed, but you are probably used to it by now.
