RSS Feed-Writer?

Hi all

i'm looking for a feed writer, similar to mirabyte feed writer ( http://www.mirabyte.com/de/produkte/feedwriter.html ), but it should be portable.

Does anybody now a already portable freeware application?

Or a opensource application, which could be made portable by portableapps.com?
