GPG + Enigmail?

I want to know what GPG is and what Enigmail is

With GPG you can

With GPG you can crypt/encrypt your mail or documents. Enigmail is an add on for thunderbird, to crypt /encrypt your mail with a gui. Normally GPG is a command line tool.
