I love the App!
some suggestions though:

The help file links to the cdex homepage. Are you sure about that? :)
In the installer, your copyright is missing and the website is 7zip.
In the Other/Source folder, you don't need 2 separate folders. Just put everything in the /Source folder.
You can remove the registry plugin (thats line 63 and 201)

As far as the copyright and 7zip - I can't find what you're refering to. Where is that and what should be there?

in the installer.nsi file, in the comments at the top, right under John's copyright, add your own (basically copy his, then change the date to 2008 and the name to jeffm or your full name, whichever you prefer).
