Exclude files with name pattern

If there any way to add capability to exclude file name pattern.
My problem is I do not want to backup'Back up of ....' files.
If the exclusion rule can be regular expression is even better.

by regex has been added in the 2.0 Alphas :) They are currently avalible in the beta testing forun.
