under General Discussion someone made a program that asks if you want to search for viruses, scan for viruses, then launches an app. Check that one out.

I think the thread here might be relevant.
You should also know that ClamWin only scans files and memory. It doesn't watch what you are doing and scan in real time, or scan a new file that gets created. If you want it to scan a program, you have to tell it to do that before you launch the program.
