This is a free program that can take multiple screen shots of a movie and gives you the option to make them into 1 image or have them as separate. It comes in a 1 files exe. No install needed. But when trying to run on a machine that you dont have full permission over it is giving an error:

Try putting in another than program files folder.
Its not in the program files folder. Its seems like its a virtual ram drive that it is trying that is in the program files folder but im not 100% sure about that. I can tell you that its not in the program files folder.
