A Bootable DOS app for a USB would be really nice. CD, NTFS, Floppy emulation, and possibly USB support would be awesome. I have had CD'd with a Bootable DOS that are used for installing 9x systems on a PC without a floppy drive, but these are kind of shaky and a USB would be much nicer. ( categories: )

CD more reliable
CD bootable OSes are generally more reliable in terms of working on more PCs (many don't support boot from USB or have it disabled by the system administrator).
