Hello, I need some guidance and hope someone is able to help me. I installed TB U3 flash drive and up until a few minutes ago, was using it without a problem. I recently installed and ran a clean up registry program and do not know if this caused a problem with TB, but now when I attempt to open TB, I get a message saying that it cannot be restarted and must be re-installed. It then says that the program cannot be found. If I uninstall TB and then re-install it, will I lose the email messages which are downloaded to the U3? I have some very important emails and do not wish to lose them. Thanks in advance for your assistance. -AS ( categories: )

Did you specify where the mail folder is stored?
If you didn't, it will be stored in \\:Thunderbird Portable\Data\Profile\Mail and you can just copy that folder to a safe place and insert it after the new copy of TB is put in place.
