Hey! I love the idea for this portable app; my only question at this point is if I can disable the splash screen somehow? Also, even better, is there any common way of disabling the splash screens used on all the portable apps? Thanks! ( categories: )

Yes
Copy the PuTTYPortable.ini from Other\Source to the same directory as PuTTYPortable.exe. Edit the line
DisableSplashScreento equaltrue. As for all splash screens, someone made an app a little while back to do it, I don't remember where the post is at. His user name was something like atrieu.My work on free software is motivated by an idealistic goal: spreading freedom and cooperation.
