sourceforge link doesnt work

can someone verify the link to sourceforge for me, please?

not sure if theres a propper filename in it?

i tried different mirrors but it gets stuck for some odd reason /;

to make sure i tried downloading the portable vlc from here and that worked fine

seems to be insisting on giving me Puzzle as a mirror site (five out of five tries) and I have never ever had a download from them that has worked.

However as soon as I changed mirrors to one that I know is usually good, the download flew in, and seems fine. Digital Signature is good, all seems OK.
