That would be an issue with
ZachHudock - April 4, 2008 - 9:57amThat would be an issue with GIMP itself, not the portable version of it. You may recieve a better response if you ask in the GIMP forums.
Is it possible that you have the tool selected, but don't have the image selected, or have part of the image selected that the tool can't be used on? I've run into this issue before. Simply clicking somewhere else on the image, the tool settings became reenabled.
