Option of MoveTool is not correct

I am using the Gimp Portable 2.45 and Meny thanks.

Please look at this.

This part is Grayout.impossible to choose.
I wish that this part be corrected by next time.

That would be an issue with GIMP itself, not the portable version of it. You may recieve a better response if you ask in the GIMP forums.

Is it possible that you have the tool selected, but don't have the image selected, or have part of the image selected that the tool can't be used on? I've run into this issue before. Simply clicking somewhere else on the image, the tool settings became reenabled.

I was misunderstanding the MoveTool.
Is it same as Original?

By your advice,I find SelectionTools MovetoolLike function.
(Ctl+Alt&drag on Selected,to make Floating Layer)

Though it doesn't understand be good in this.
