benma - April 16, 2008 - 11:15am

Why was ClamWin chosen as portableapps.com antivirus?

rated no 37

37. ClamWin version 0.93 - 54.68%

O_O

your point??

More recent, and a better respected test site (IMO):
http://www.virusbtn.com/news/2008/09_02

malware on demand 88.5% adware/spyware on demand 92.8%

The point that has been brought up is that ClamWin is OpenSource and free, which is the kind of software we work with, if you would like to provide information about another program that is OpenSource please let us know.

I had also seen better results from an even more respected site for November, but can't find the link Sad
