Yabasic?

I do the occasional light programming on the go, as I sometimes need to adapt my own simple programs to situations. The software is free, and released under the GNU License. Here it is: http://www.yabasic.de/

AutoHotKey is basically already portable, and can help you adapt programs and automate things. It shouldn't be too hard for you to learn, since the language is basic-like
autohotkey.com
