We are going to need a whole mess more information before someone can help you :-(
Lets begin with:
Are you getting Any error messages, What are they?
What is your OS; XP, Vista, etc.
Was it working for you previously?
What version of FireFox Portable are we talking about?

Windows Xp Sp2 version 2002 language Spanish. Until now no error in the window has been showed; and previously my version of browser was the firefox 2.0.0.12 Now am runing 2.0.0.14 but doesn`t work here. Neither after of the re installation. And all the other programs are working fine!
Note: It runs very well with Windows 98 SE PC in my school ...
