What's the Story on WinPenPack?

Submitted by mmcdougall on May 15, 2008 - 4:00pm

I just discovered WinPenPack, and am just now exploring what it has to offer. Can anyone enlighten me as to what the deal is with it? In other words, PortableApps is open-source, freeware, etc. Is WinPenPack similar? What are the similarities? What are the downsides?

Thanks.

WinPenPack is pretty much the same.

Yes, WinPenPack pretty much Identical. But their apps don't count for worst case scenarios, but they do have quite a variety. They use AutoIt, with Bin/User Rather than App/Data.

They are both pretty neat to use. As far as settings and all that not being left on the computer, i dont know as I have not checked. Hope these add a broader range of what you want.

Wininizio has apps that I have wanted to be portable.. I can not find a link to the files for individual download on the website. :(

[edit]
actually i couldn't find individual download on lupo website either.

I think you can

only download full packages. Just pick the one your App is in.
