What is the location of ALL the files for OperaTor on your usb stick?
[Also, could you edit your post so that all references to "OperaTor" are "OperaTor" and not "operator" ("operator" is a word in English which means user and might cause confusion, thanks) ]

Working Directory
I'd be willing to bet this is a working directory issue as I seem to recall that OperaTor had this bug a while back. Upgrade your install of the PortableApps.com Menu to the current 1.1 Release Candidate 2 release here:
http://portableapps.com/node/13387
That should take care of it. And give you some fun new features in the menu.

I was thinking the same thing, that why I asked about the "location" of the files.
Though I would not have know the solution as quickly as you did :-P
