ClamWin: Does this look like a False Positive (FileZilla)?

I just updated my ClamWin and scanned my thumb drive and it found two Trojan's, both of which are in my PortableApps folder. The first "Trojan" found, is probably a false positive (I bet ClamWin doesn't recognize my Nintendo emulator). However, the second one is linked to my FileZilla and it concerns me.

Here's the report:

Scan Started Fri Jun 06 13:12:44 2008
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
G:\PortableApps\Nintendo.win\Nintendo.exe: Trojan.Dropper-6687 FOUND
G:\PortableApps\FileZillaPortable\FileZillaPortable.exe: Trojan.VB-2953 FOUND

----------- SCAN SUMMARY -----------
Known viruses: 305005
Engine version: 0.93
Scanned directories: 1335
Scanned files: 8121
Infected files: 2
Data scanned: 2050.75 MB
Time: 971.796 sec (16 m 11 s)

--------------------------------------
Completed

Should I quarantine these files? How should I proceed?

it's possible...

but the best way to know for sure is to do a scan with a different (or if possible multiple different) anti-virus program. if the others doesn't pick it up then it's probably safe.
