Off-Topic: Also, I think we should request John to allow the <blockquote> tag so we don't use the <pre> tag for big cites.

<code> is for inline parts of code as <cite> is for inline citations. <pre> is multi-line code as <blockquote> is for multi-line citations.

So I don't think it would be that bad to add <blockquote>. Do you want to try to help me convince John?
