Solar Panel Laptop charger

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any good solar panel laptop chargers that arent too bulky or arent too expensive. My laptop charger says "65 watts". Also I'm looking for something that can do this that isnt expensive, preferably in the price range of $60 to $120 or around there, but I really dont want to buy something that is over $200, so if you can help me find one that would be great, I really would like one since I have access to lots of sunlight from my room, and where I live it is mostly always sunny, usually no clouds at all in the sky. If I can get one that is pretty cheap I would also buy one for my grandpa.
