Ahmmm...
As much as we welcome your enthusiasm, there is one thing.
First there is a whole forum here where people can request Applications they want to be made portable. And there is a search box in the top right corner which everyone is encouraged to use and search for their Applications or problem because right now we have over 13'000 topics so the chance that your question has been asked before is pretty high.
I don't know about the other Applications but PAINT.NET has been requested often and unfortunately cant be made portable because it requires the.NET framework to be installed. And that is a requirement not given on many PCs.

If you're going to request an app, you should provide a link to its homepage and a short description.
