OpenOffice.org Portable error message on Windows 2000(Edit: Solved, sort of...)

When I try to start OpenOffice.org Portable in my PC (128Mb RAM, Celeron 466 Mhz, Windows 2000 Service Pack 4)it fails with the message "soffice.BIN.exe has generated errors..." and I cannot find such file in the app. I didnt remember well but I think in the past I got a similar issue with other app and it was related to fonts in Windows, but I am not sure... May someone help me please?

Edit:the readme says it works at 800x600, but only did it over 800x600.
My computer is too much slow and crash at high resolution :(
