Portable CAD

Is there a free Portable CAD application out there? Would like it to be able to do 2d and 3d.

I did a really quick search

I did a really quick search on sourceforge, and here were a couple of them:
(note: these are not portable, but perhaps put them in the request forum if you like them)

Cademia
avoCADo-CAD
BRL-CAD

You can search for a couple more, just keep in mind they should be open source.
