Yeah, as mentioned, those are most likely spammers, bugmenot accounts, or just a couple of the few people who were banned from here.
Edit: However, they are only one digit off... odd.

Look at the user #'s around these 2.
Example 84098, 84097,- 84101, 84102. Their mostly East German or Russian. Could they be possible spammers?
