Local Install and and Start menu Programs Folder

Here is a twist of the old card question of making one .exe for all the OpenOffice.org programs or a least a folder on the menu to put them all in.
So I am not sure, but since OpenOffice.org has mulitple .exe, and I have it installed localled on my laptop, I was wondering if folks know how to make a program folder for it so I can put all the OpenOffice.org .exe there.
I suppose I just want it to be similar to other suites I have installed.

I know you can pin individual exes to the start menu with a right click, but that won't work for folders nor can you right click within the All Programs area in the Start Menu.
