I made a portable version of Starsiege Tribes based on the free rerelease they did back in 2004. alternate download location
I downloaded your file and it is just a zip with the tribes game dir in it. There's is no special portableapps launcher included.
FYI, (and to save you bandwidth) there's already a zip release that includes a bunch of extras including the most commonly played addon maps, etc. You can get it at tribesonline.com (it appears to be down at the moment but the alternative domain troc.us is currently working)
To really improve tribes, you'll want to add this hudbot addon:
It adds client side features that make the 10 year old game look and feel better than the newest most current releases.
