Vista startmenu skin

Here is the first version of my Vista Start Menu skin for PortableApps 1.1
I've done my best to include all necessary files in the package. However, I am new to this community and might be unintentionally disregarding some rules by my posting here. Please guide me to correct place, if that's the case.
