Feature Request

Wondering if it is possible to have some notes inside database with a different password i.e. master password is used to open the database and then if we need to open specific item/note it ask for password.

and welcome to PortableApps.com Smiling

We only make the Apps portable by adding a launcher which moves settings around, deals with registry entries and such so the Application doesn't leave anything personal behind on the PC you're using it on.
So for feature requests its best to visit the Keepass Homepage.
