VirtualDubPortable Plugin Pack

The VirtualDub Portable main page states:

"The VirtualDub Portable Plugins Pack with support for AC3, FLIC, MPEG2 and WMV has also been updated."

But the file downloaded is still the 1.8.7 version.

The statement is either left over from the last update (1.8.6 -> 1.8.7) or the link to download is incorrect.

That was leftover from the last release announcement. I've removed that text.
