Freebyte Task Scheduler

Freebyte Task Scheduler is a free and portable task-scheduling application.

Freebyte Task Scheduler is a small and zero-install program which enables you to start other programs automatically, periodically and at pre-defined times. This program functions very well in combination with backup software like Freebyte Backup, disk fragmenters, virus scanners and other regularly scheduled system maintanance utilities.
Freebyte Task Scheduler is freeware for commercial and non-commercial use and runs on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.

Found app here.

Task Coah

Firstly, PortableApps.com does not yet support the official porting of freeware. You can request a launcher be made though. Have you tried Task Coach? Its already official here and I recommend it. I use everyday. Thanks again to Patrick for porting it Smile

Not the same at all.

The 2 programs are not the same at all.

TaskCoach is a personal to do list, ie.

  1. Get catfood
  2. Feed Cat

This is a computer task manager.

Execute automated ClamWin Scan at 4:00 AM
    Backup C:\important.log to C:\logs\%DATE%.log 5:00 AM
    Delete C:\temp\*.* at 6:00 AM

I more or less posted this here because I have seen people request this type of thing here before.

Oops..

Sorry this is the second time I've done this. Mistaken a task manager request for a to do list request. My bad.
