ClamWin

I have used Clamwin a few times now. Thought its has said it has never found a virus, many times it will say acess denied, does that mean i can still have viruses?

I always have this happen on at least three files that I know are safe.
Could you please list the files that are reported as could not be scanned with an "access denied" message?
