Console 2

Hi,

First, sorry for my english!

I see that app portable contains the Command Prompt Portable. Then, I propose you an another Cmd Prompt. It's Console 2. I've read the Guidelines and about the Opensource, i don't know if a GPL is an opensource. If not, I'm sorry.

Even if, about Console 2 :

GPL stands for General Public License. It is Open Source
