locale switcher addon not working

Hi folks! My english is not very good, so I hope you can understand me.

I want to run Thunderbird Portable 2.0.0.9 from a CD, so I have put the "ThunderbirdPortable.ini" file that I have found here (http://portableapps.com/support/thunderbird_portable#cd) in E:\PortableApps\ThunderbirdPortable directory.

Now, the locale-switcher is not working properly and the programm is running in english.

If i remove the file, the programm works correctly again, and if i paste it again, the programm is in english again...

what can i do??? Must i write some parametres in the file??? Thank you!!!
