VLC Portable Video Player

Hi-
Is there a way to program all my video's to automatically open using my VLC Portable Video Player? I would rather have this occur instead of seaching for the VLC player for each video I do during my presentation. Thanks in advance.

Try this...

Hi,
just try file association in VLC menu:
Tools > Preferences > Interface (simple view) > File associations: Association Setup
If you have another video player (WMP, Winamp,...) just cancel file association in these players.

It works for me.

portable apps arent supposed to work that way. They are for portable use meaning you can move them between PCs.
The easiest way to do what you want is to install the local version.
