Option der ini Datei dass das Menü offen bleibt nach Start einer Anwendung

Hi,

ich hatte die Option immer drin, sodass das Menü auch nach dem Klick auf eine Anwendung geöffnet bleibt. Nach Neuinstallation allerdings hab ich vergessen die ini vorher zu sichern... Kann mir jemand sagen was ich da rein schreiben muss?

Mal noch eine andere Frage, in was für eine Sprache is Portable Apps eigentlich geschrieben, Delphi oder?
