Toucan - Please Add A browse option when you create rules

On the rules screen, it would be good if you could browse to the files and folders to select them rather than having to type them in.

you create a set of rules and then select then in a tab (i.e. Sync, Backup or Secure) you can right click on files and folders you have added and exclude them there.
