I installed Open Office 3.0.1 --- I ran java porablizer 1.1 -- OOBase gave me the error that java JRE was defective. I also copied java j2re1.4.2_13 j2re1.4.2_19 jre1.6.0_13 to the usb drive into the correct directory and edited the ini file. I received the same error message with each version. Is there a specific version of java that needs to be loaded? ( categories: )
